This week we had the good fortune to talk with CrossFit Original Greg Amundson. Greg is an incredible dude with a ton of insight. We talk about how yoga and meditation can make you a better warrior, and how stillness can help you prioritize a busy day. Among other things, we also planted the seed to try and get Greg to compete in the new masters division for the 2017 CrossFit Games. It's a great episode- hope you enjoy!
