We talk about how yoga and meditation can make you a better warrior, and how stillness can help you prioritize a busy day. In this episode we were lucky enough to chat with Garrett TeSlaa of The Squad Room podcast. I've been listening to his show since it started and it was really cool to sit down via Skype and talk to him directly. We talked about the evolution of the show, his own fitness and nutrition, how it feels to be a resource for others, some of his favorite experiences with the podcast and updates on his old back injury and new hand injury. Despite my high drag recording and editing technology, it's probably the best show to date!!
