Ep 40 - Appropriate Training Choices

Just like you have different tools to build a house, there are different tools for your fitness. If I'm going to dig a hole, cut some wood and tighten some bolts, I wouldn't use a hammer to dig, a screwdriver to cut and a shovel for the bolts. Same goes for fitness. Understand where you want to end up, and choose the appropriate tools to get you there.
