Ep 29 - Simple Doesn’t Sell

I guess we can call this the "rant series." For the next few podcasts we are going into some of the other details of health and fitness; this week being why no one will sell you a "simple" program. Fancy, shinny and loud will always be packaged and sold even though basic and simple get results. Something to think about while on your daily journey through life!! Always know your "why" and always know your priorities!

Ep 28 - Barriers to Adherence

This episode is a discussion/rant about what stops us from doing what we want to do. "I don't have the time/money/motivation," or "I'm too tired" can be combated slowly, over time, with prioritizing what's important to you.
