Ep 21 - The Open Is Coming

After a short break since the last episode, this time we talk about the CrossFit Open and why you should register and compete, regardless if you consider yourself a "CrossFitter." There are benefits to CrossFit style workouts in our professions, and this is the perfect time to see how this could supplement your training, regardless of your status as a power lifter, weight lifter or physique athlete.
